Sell Ltd is a new UK platform. Our aim is to make public company information free and easy to understand for business owners, buyers and advisers, information that is often only available through paid services.

Company and insolvency information is collected automatically from official public sources and third-party data services, principally The Gazette and Companies House, via their published data feeds and APIs. We do not author or create the underlying notices or records. Where possible, we link to the original source so it can be checked independently.

Information is retrieved, categorised and displayed by automated systems. While we work to keep it accurate, automated processing of third-party data may occasionally misread, misclassify or fail to reflect later updates to a source. This is why we link to original sources and act promptly when notified.

All information is provided "as is" and for general information only. It does not constitute legal, financial or credit advice and should not be relied on as such. We make no warranty that it is complete, accurate or up to date. Always verify against the official source before making any decision.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AutoThink Group Ltd (trading as Sell Ltd) accepts no liability for any loss or damage arising from reliance on information obtained from public records, third-party sources or automated processing. We do not sell or share company information with third parties. The underlying notices and records are published publicly by their official sources and may be displayed independently by other websites and services, which are outside our control.

Use our contact form and choose “Report incorrect company information”, or email info@sellltd.co.uk. Please include the company name, company number, the page or wording concerned, and what you believe is incorrect.

• Winding-up petitions are not displayed publicly on our website.
• Corrections are applied wherever the information appears on our site.
• We keep our data handling under review and improve it when issues are identified.

Reports are handled confidentially and in good faith. Correcting or removing information is done as a courtesy and does not constitute an admission of liability.

Reply to our response and a director will aim to review the matter within 5 working days.
